Happy Young Couple ready for graduation!

Graduation time is an exciting time, especially if you have someone special to share it with! I really enjoyed photographing this young couple, who are getting ready to graduate from Wellesley college. We decided that the Wellesley campus was a perfect place for their photo session. I can’t say that the weather was very cooperative that day, but these two were so lovely and easy going and I think you can see that in their photos. Congratulations to you both and good luck in the future!

Boudoir Photography

I am so thankful to have boudoir clients like this amazing woman! It really makes my work so much more meaningful..

This client came into the studio for the first time to meet with me about 3 weeks ago. We talked about her boudoir photography session, she casually mentioned that she had lost 110 lbs and she was somewhat conscience of her body. I couldn’t believe her, because she looked so good! This was going to be a session of celebration. Some big achievements. It turned out also that she was a mom of 6 kids and 10 grandchildren and a Patriots Fan. Patriots Fan in my studio right before the super bowl?!  Well, as you all know Patriots just won the super bowl this past weekend on February 5th, 2017 and I am so proud to have met and photographed this wonderful woman.

So, here are some different looks we captured during her session!

Newborn Lifestyle Session

The birth of a baby is a beginning of a new life. The first days and weeks are filled with joy, happiness, excitement that words cannot easily describe. But in just one year the tiny baby starts to walk and even talk and those first days can quickly disappear from our memory. Doing a photo session at this time and especially doing it in your home will always remind you of those times, even if you move and your baby is grown up. You don’t need the backgrounds, fancy accessories, baskets, it’s just you, your spouse and a baby in a real life setting, captured with meaningful photos.

Horses and High School Seniors

Dedication and perseverance is what one really needs when you want to learn horseback riding. And this delightful young woman has both! Upon learning that Julia has been riding for about 10 years I suggested to do her senior portraits at the horse farm. This was a great decision, which resulted in a really meaningful photo shoot that tells a story about her passion and she was really comfortable being in a place where she spends most of her free time!

Cool high school senior!

A lot of guys don’t really like their portraits taken and perhaps that is why I get a lot more girl high school seniors, than guys. Well, this time I was lucky, when Brandon’s mom called to schedule his senior portrait session.

Happy to share these cool portraits of Brandon, which we did in one of my favorite parks in Walpole, MA. He was great to work with, very easy and relaxed and we ended up with lots of nice portraits!

Going to Kindergarten is a big step!

I had so much fun with this cute little girl! She was on the go the whole time I was taking her pictures, which gave me so many opportunities for creating authentic images of her being in action, being herself. Don’t wait for your kids to grow up and grow out of this phase of life, have some one take their pictures while they are doing their favorite activities. They grow up so fast!

High School Senior Portrait Season!

Here is one of my recent high school senior shoots!

She was so beautiful, sweet and fun! There was no need to make her laugh and be herself, as she naturally was smiling and laughing throughout the shoot.  One time I actually had to say “no smiling this time” and got a lovely shot in black and white of her sitting on the stone bridge, looking away… into the future.

I loved all the clothes she brought for the shoot (made it almost hard for me to decide which ones to use :). It all worked very well with the surroundings of the park, thanks again to Francis William Bird Park in Walpole. Look forward to many more great sessions this season!

Adorable Baby Girl!

After a number of baby boys in the studio, I finally had a chance to photograph this sweetest baby girl! The session actually took place in the baby’s home. I brought in all the necessary equipment and props and made it work in a pretty small room. Her older sister was adorable as well!

Engagement at Castle Hill Inn, RI

It doesn’t matter if you have a broken leg, moving to a different country and have to graduate at the same time, the happiness and love from these two was sweeping me off my feet! Yes, it’s correct, while they were getting ready to move and were graduating at the same time, she broke her foot and wasn’t allowed to put weight on it during the photo session. We couldn’t wait for a better time, because they were flying out of the country in two days and wanted to capture the actual place of their engagement, Castle Hill Inn, RI.  And no, I didn’t get any pictures of the crutches. I only focused on the story of their love and tenderness towards each other.

Best of luck to you both and I hope we meet again in the future!
